The Application of Gellan Gum to Ant-works
AntWorks is based on a 2003 NASA Space Shuttle experiment: to study animal life in space and test how ants successfully tunnel in microgravity. Besides providing a safe ecologically-correct habitat, the gel also provides the ants' food. Antworks is filled with a highly nutritious non-toxic gel. You need to open the lid for a moment once a month to aerate the interior. Gellan gum can be used in ant works manufacturing. The advantage of high transmittance and waterproof of gellan gum can produce highest quality antworks.
Starch-based products (fruit fillings, etc.)
This product contributes to increase of stability of starch paste, improvement of structural quality, and reduction of the amount of starch required. If left after pasting, the paste's property of partially restoring the structure and improvement of structural quality will allow the fillings to suck up water, resulting in rapid baking effect. This advantage can be applied in making the pie, pastry, and dual-pie.
